Come listen to women and men share songs, stories, poetry, and more honoring women and their outrageous and inspirational acts! More Info	Please join us for a week of events November 14th through November 20th to celebrate the diversity of gender identity, and increase awareness of the important contributions of, and issues faced, by Transgender and Gender Nonconforming members of our community. The Annual Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is a worldwide event organized to remember and honor the lives lost each year to transphobic violence. TDOR began to honor Rita Hester, whose murder inspired the first TDOR in San Francisco in 1999. We gather together on this day each year to remember and honor all the lives of those we have lost, and to rededicate ourselves to preventing future violence against Transgender and Gender Nonconforming people. La Semana de Toma de Conciencia Transgénero es una seria de eventos y oportunidades educativas durante toda la semana, comenzando el lunes, 14 de Noviembre y culminado en el domingo 20 de Noviembre. Esta semana está dedicada a informar sobre las comunidades Transgénero y No-conformista-de-genero, y también los temas y polémicas de suma importancia que a diario enfrentan las personas Transgénero y No-conformistas de Eugene. Día de Conmemoración Transgénero Este Día de Conmemoración Transgénero se celebra anualmente, (TDOR) por todo el mundo se juntan comunidades de Transgéneros/ No-conformistas-de-género y aliados a conmemorar las victimas de odio Anti-trans. Honoramos a Rita Hester, asesinada en Boston en 1998, quien inspiro el proyecto del red “Recordando Nuestros Muertos” y el primer Día de Conmemoración Transgénero en San Francisco en 1999. El asesinato de Rita, como muchos otros asesinatos Anti-trans continúa sin resolverse. Nosotros nos juntaremos este día para recordar la gente y vidas que hemos perdido.

So we're keeping up our monthly gathering with this month's SUGGESTED theme: NEW BEGINNINGS (in honor of the upcoming new year) Mixes can be made on CD or Tape. They should include a track listing. They do not have to follow the theme, though that does make it more fun. We get together, talk about the mixes we made, discuss various passions and loves in music, and generally have an awesome time. There is no cost to attend. In order to receive a mix-tape, you will have to bring one to exchange. Bringing friends is encouraged!! We hope to see you there. It's gonna be a blast!

Dr. Armstrong received his Ministers, Masters and Doctorate certification through the University of Meta-science, in the mid-eighties, as distinguished by the educational boards of the states of California and Arizona. He was one of six Americans who finished all six years ...of study with the College of Psychotherapeutics (Soul Healing) - London, before the dissolution of the College. Further, he helped design a new educational model for the Touch for Health network, LA; a school dedicated to teaching both east and west healing combinations.
