Lavender Womyn is a lesbian social group, which originally started in the state of Oregon, but has grown so much we have branched off into many chapters througout the country.  Click on the "Chapters" link at the top of this page to find out more about our individual chapters.

The group was "unofficially" started on June 1, 2003. We had nineteen womyn and thirteen children who came together for a barbecue. Since then, we've grown to over 400 womyn for the Oregon groups alone! Our age group is all ages. Lavender Womyn has been very successful in our area and has helped a lot of women, therefore we continue to work towards taking Lavender Womyn nationwide to help other communities.  If you would like to start a Lavender Womyn's chapter in your city, send me an email and I will get you set up to run your own chapter.
