This weblog "Life Without Socks" was created by Lavender Womyn to highlight humor columnist TalkofLondon.  TalkofLondon has been a humor columnist for many years, and has been featured as a writer in many ways throughout her career.  She's had books published, and is well known by many of her fans.

Kim, founder of Lavender Womyn, discovered TalkofLondon when she started posting blog articles on the Lavender Womyn Personals web site.  When Kim read her blogs, she knew right away that this humor needed to be shared with others.  Therefore, she contacted TalkofLondon and they came up with this weblog tool to give TalkofLondon her own web space in order to share her humor in a more public way.
