“Unique Property Management” was started in May 2007.  We have over 28 combined years of experience in the Property Management business as employees with other companies, private owners  and being on-site managers for apartment communities as well.

We like to give our clients personal one on one service.  We custom fit the needs of the client to what type of service would best suit their situation.  We represent the first time investment property owner, the retired couple supplementing their retirement with rental properties or the client that is out of town that wants more for their investments when it comes to service.

We retain the integrity of the property and keep revenue coming in while waiting for the real estate buying and selling market to turn around.  (If selling is the future goal.)

We also perform a number of other services besides Property Management.  We can organize a cleaning team to prepare the property for ‘showing’ on the open market.  We have a network established with a maintenance vendor, carpet cleaner/installer, landscaper, glass shop, appliance repair company, pest controller and plumbing company.  Whether you want to retain services on an “as needed basis” or for managing your property….. we can help.

We like to keep the advertising costs as low as possible for our clients. The first step of advertising would be the inernet and signage. If owner requested, then we will run ads in the local newspaper.  We also network with Realtors for clients relocating to this area.

Because we are a small company, we are able to give ‘quality’ service, this allows time to drive by our client’s properties on a ‘7 to 10’ day basis.

Our normal rate is 9% of the monthly stated gross rent(s) for managing property.
“As needed” services are charged per item.
