Wait!! Is that a cow bell I hear, and money I smell!?! Why, yes, it is! That must mean it's time for Bunco! Start warming up your wrist and practice your dice rolling to see if you can roll those Bunco's!!
If you've never been to a Lavender Womyn event before, then now's the time to go. This is a great, interactive game where you get a chance to meet many new women. You are constantly changing tables and switching partners. If you have any ideas about sitting quietly in a corner, you can forget that. This game will pull you in, and you'll be laughing and having fun before you know it. If you can roll dice, then you can play this game. The cost is $5 to play. We will also have a traveling prize, which is always a lot of fun to toss around during the game, and see who gets to take it home.
Our Bunco events are one of our most popular and fun events. Come join us for a great time on Sunday, May 22nd @ 3:00pm at Kim and Kathy's home in West Salem.
This Bunco event will be a fundraiser for a lesbian family of 5 children who lost everything in a house fire in March. So, not only will you be having a fun time, but you'll also take joy in knowing you're helping a family get back on their feet.
Bunco is an easy dice game to learn. No skills or knowledge necessary. Just bring your laughter button and you'll be good to go. We'll go over the rules and play a practice game to get you warmed up. The cost is $5.00 to play which goes towards the fundraiser.
We'll also play the 50/50 game where you get to take home half of the money in the pot, so be sure to bring some moola to play that as well. The tickets are only .50 cents each, but you can buy as many as you want to increase your chances of winning. The other half of the money goes to the family. This is another great way for us to raise money for them.

2) Food to share.
3) Your own beverage. Alcohol is okay, but please drink responsibly so everyone can have a good time.
