To create continued balance in your life this event focuses first on your physical life followed by accessing your Expanded Self. Through the guided messages and meditation you will come to understand areas of your life that have held you emotionally hostage not allowing you to fully embrace and love who you are. Further guided information allows you to create a stronger understanding and connection with your Expanded Self. |
Each event is completely guided by the Consciousness of Love here to serve the movement of your awareness. Below are a few of the meditations that will be included yet, are not limited to just these as the Group speaks they are aware bring in what is necessary for those attending. What a wonderful way to remind each person there is nothing carved in stone; that life moves and flows in a current that serves the highest good of all.
Purposeful Meditations
• Breathe, feel your beauty & accept.
• Your life screen: Review an area in your life in which you cast aside and aspect of you.
• Embracing with love: Review a life situation of trauma healing it with the energy of love.
• Your Golden Cord: Reaching for and connecting with the Golden Cord that holds the information of your life outside of this life.
• We made an agreement: Moving past the physical to the Expanded Selves find the answers to your shared life experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water or something to drink, there are some pillows at the facility but, you may still want to bring something comfortable to sit on. There will be a one hour lunch break.
