Light up your kayak, canoe, or dragon boat!Launch from the dock at 5:30pm. (A little before is ok).Must have PFD and whistle! You can drive down the driveway to unload your boats, but MUST take your vehicle back to the parking lot before launching! Anyone is invited to watch!Paddlers must be confident in their abilities!

Join Lamaze educator, MSW, and Reiki Master Anna Deligio for this 4-part series that runs on Thursday January 12, 19, 26 and Feb. 2. We will learn the physiology of birth, what happens during labor, ways to respond to its energy, and tools for that early time with your child. We’ll practice relaxation techniques and discuss your fears and joys about pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Our learning will be centered on the Six Healthy Birth Practices supported by Lamaze. It is important to attend all four classes to get the full benefit of this learning. Cost is $175/couple, $150 individual. Sliding scale and bartering is available if needed.
